And we’re back! After a few weeks off thanks to a poorly placed long weekend, The Matineecast returns and gets into the swing of the 41st annual Toronto International Film Festival

Again this year, we’re choosing not to focus on just one movie for half of the episode, and instead just rapping about all sorts of titles for a moment or two…along with how our week on the whole is shaking down, and how the festival continues to evolve. As is sometimes the case when you record out in public, random people drop by and join the show (How the hell does MaMo! deal?)

Today I got things going by grabbing slice on a Sunday afternoon and making it a family affair.

Keep an eye out for incoming friends and pull up a chair!
