Combine those three facts, and programs like tonight’s American Film Institute special are like crack to this particular pop culture junkie.
Indeed, if you’re interested, you might like to tune into CBS tonight at 8pm as The AFI is broadcasting their annual “100 Films” special. This year, in an odd twist, they’re pulling together ten genres and unveiling their choices for the top ten in each. By the time 11pm hits, they’ll have rhymed off their top ten choices for:

I could try and predict the number one choice for each of these, but what fun would that be? Instead, look for me to heckle the choices and the order in this space tomorrow.
